INGREDIENTS :
1cup coconut cream
1/2 cup water or broth
2tbs. curry paste
200 gr. meat or tofu for vegan
100 gr. vegetables
INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Take a saucepan over medium heat and add coconut cream with curry paste. Mix them well until combined. 2. On a low boil : Add meat or tofu. Cook until done. Then add your favorite vegetables and cook until your desired texture. 3. Serve with a side of rice or pasta.
