INGREDIENTS :
1 Whole skinless Salmon ( cut into 1” cube )
1 Red Pepper (cut to square size 1”x1” )
1 Green Pepper (cut to square size 1”x1” )
1 Red Onion (cut to square size 1”x1” )
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Eastern Blue Panang Curry Paste
6 pcs Wooden Skewers
INSTRUCTIONS :
In a small mixing bowl, blend the Panang curry paste and olive oil well until combined.
Slide the salmon cubes, Red pepper, Green pepper, and Red Onion onto the skewers.
Brush the salmon kabobs with the curry oil mixture on all sides.
On medium heat as to not over cook the vegetables continue to rotate the kabobs so as to not burn or overcook the vegetables.
Grill 5-6 minutes on each side until the salmon is cooked and flaky
