INGREDIENTS :
1 Tsps. Panang Curry paste 3 parts Olive Oil 1 parts Balsamic Vinegar INSTRUCTIONS :
In a small mixing bowl, mix the Panang curry paste, olive oil, and Balsamic vinegar (according to your taste) and mix well until combined.
Dice half an Apple(Gala) if you like a little sweetness.
Sprinkle some spice(salt and pepper) over it and pour it onto salads with diced apple.
